Jackfruit Jelly

Ingredients:

2 packets agar agar powder

2 cups sugar

1 small tin evaporated milk

9 rice bowls water (10 oz bowl)

2 tbsp yellow colouring

500g  jackfruit

Method:

1.  Measure 5 bowls water into a pot and add in agar agar powder, sugar and bring to a boil till agar agar powder and sugar dissolves.

2.  Blend jackfruit with 4 bowls water and add to the jelly mixture and boil for awhile.

3.  Add in yellow colouring and evaporated milk and boil again for a while.

4.  Pour jelly into jelly mould and leave to set.  Chill before serving.
