  1. Dear Aunty Rose
Thank you for sharing with us recipes that you have collected over the years. Precious heirloom.

I am in the Middle East and do not have agar agar powder in packets like we do in SEA. Could I use the Davis brand boxed gelatine or the agar agar strands? If so, what would the equivalent be for 1 packet of agar agar powder in the above recipe?

    Thank you and stay healthy.

  3. Rose,

do you have a picture of the done up Magic agar… As I can’t imagine how it look like when the coloured agar agar is being put in the big mould of plain agar agar

  6. Hi Rose,

I have been reading your recipes and I’m very impressed. Would like to try making this jelly. I have few questions and would appreciate your kind reply.
    1. The agar agar powder packet - how many grams in the packet? (I bought the agar agar powder with 25gm per packet - this is the type?)
    2. The cup you use for coconut milk and water - what is the estimated “ml” per cup?

Thanks so much for sharing and greatly appreciate your reply

    Best regards,
    SC
