Dear Rose
How are you?
Do you have the receipe for CNY pineapple tarts? I tried using rubbing method with 500g flour and 250g butter but the tarts turned out hard, not the kind that melts in your mouth. Pls enlighten me. Thx

Hi Rose,
Thank you for this recipe “marble cheese cake”. It was delicious and I have baked it twice already. However I find the flour amount rather very little, so I increase the flour amount at the second attempt. I have also tried your kaya recipe and it turn out beautiful, just like you would buy from a shop. Thank you for your recipes Rose.
