Hi Rose,(what a beautiful name)
Before I try this recipe and having no doubts it will taste excellent, can I ask what vetsin (one of your listed ingredients) is and where can I get it?

Thanks Cindy,
Ajinomoto, vesop and vetsin are brands of monosodium glutamate. you can omit it or use with reservations.
Regards.
