Hi Rose,
The agar agar was abit hard..
Is it really 2 packets of 13g agar agar equivalent to 1500ml of water and to boil for 1 hour?
Thanks.

Ann

Hi Ann,
The recipe is correct. I usually slice the agar agar thinly and let it dry in the fridge to get a crispy texture.

Is there a reason to boil for 1 hour? Can I pour it into the mould once everything melt?
