Rose, mother of Mark…whom I met when he visited Eads, Colorado USA..I like the photo of you in the market with all the beautiful flowers. Your recipes shown here are interesting. The dessert looks pretty, I like almond flavor.
I don’t eat pork or beef, but I think chicken or turkey could probably be substitued, don’t you think? I used to teach cooking skills when I was an educator and to 4-H club members. I don’t actually cook as much these days because it is more difficult being in a wheelchair. I do cook some meals for my neighbor boy…who comes at evening to visit. That’s fun. How nice of you to share your recipes with other people.

Hi Doris, nice to hear from you. Thank you very much for your hospitality while Mark was in Eads. You are really an Angel sent by God! We are deeply touched by your love for people and heart of service. The trip was an eye opener and I thank you and your friends for giving Mark so much inspirations. I saw those lovely photographs you sent, you are still so beautiful and graceful! Mark took that picture of me at the Floral market at Aix-en Provence in France. He is happier now and we are starting to work together on this blog again.
Blessings!
Rose
