Thks for your prompt reply on the Pak Tong Kou and Yam Cake.
I will definitely try the Pak Tong Kou with brown sugar. Will share with you the Good news!
As for the Yam cake, I still prefer your style, the texture is softer.
Do u have the recipe for steam pumpkin cake and Tau Suan ?
Would like to share with you 1 important info. Lately I attended a health talk. The professor told us to minimise the intake of meat and milk. It will speed up the growth of cancer. Eat more vegetables and beans.
God Bless!
